Customer
Relations Centres
Customer Relations Centres provide customers
a forum for giving feedback and for obtaining
clarifications/other assistance on all LPG related
matters such as:
- LPG Distributor Selection
- Details of LPG distributors
in various markets under the Territory
- Procedure for availing
gas connection / additional cylinders (DBCs)
for Domestic consumers
- Procedure of availing
gas connection for Commercial / Industrial use
- Guidance in conversion
from other fuels to LPG, e.g. Bakeries, Poultries,
Tea-Coffee drying, Brick kilns etc.
In addition, CRCs
also attend to complaints / suggestions / feedback
from consumers. These CRCs are situated at convenient
locations for easy access.
