Auto LPG With the menace of rising vehicular pollution, use of LPG as an auto fuel was proposed as a pollution abatement measure. LPG being a clean environmentally friendly fuel, if the vehicles are fuelled with LPG, air pollution will reduce to a great extent.

Bharat Petroleum was the first Oil Company to take the initiative for setting up of an Auto LPG Dispensing Station (ALDS) and run vehicles on LPG as a pilot project in Delhi in October 99.

The Government of India has approved Bharat Petroleum's proposal of setting up of 42 Auto LPG Dispensing Stations (ALDS) in various cities (including metros) in the country. Click here to view the addresses of Auto LPG dispensing facilities available presently.

BHARAT PETROLEUM would shortly make available Auto LPG in the other cities of the country.
